Disappointed

I have played this game forever and then it wouldn’t let me log in with Facebook so I deleted it and reloaded it and it took me to the beginning and won’t let me leave a message for support. I guess I will delete it and find a new favorite game that doesn’t crash constantly. Not starting over after playing for over a year. Thanks for nothing!

My current favorite. But at the rate I play, it was months before Land 30 opened. And Land 31 is 'under construction '. Update: Land 51 finally loaded after waiting for months. On the fourth level I opted to watch a video for a free 'continue'. The ad made the game hang, and when I re-opened it the game was lost. Edited again - I traveled out of town and the WiFi at the hotel would not connect to the game. It re-set me to Land 1. I tried again when I got home. All of my gems and boosts are gone. I am not going to start over. I expected better performance. None of my other games did this. I am very disappointed that the game has gotten worse over time. I will be spending my free time on Dots, Words with Friends, and Languinis. With is a pity, as I enjoyed Cascade. But starting over is not reasonable.

I love this game but I’m so stuck on level 250!! I can’t figure out how to get rid of the ambers. Nothing works. I hope I don’t have to give it up?
Array of frustrating levels...

Boulder and bomb levels have to be the most frustrating. A gaming session is exhausted pretty quick on these levels as the boulder count is inaccurate or bombs explode because proper pieces aren’t provided. There are also boulder levels that don’t have much space and you end up spinning away your turn as no matches can be made. Sessions last about 2 minutes total with these levels before lives run out. What a frustrating waste of time...
Glitchy and frustrating

Glitchy half the time. Screen freezes when watching the commercials to get extra gold bars. Have to close out mid game. Very frustrating. Keep updates current but still freezes. Lost many credits due to this problem. I’m 530 scenes in and still losing gold bars that I worked hard to earn. Otherwise this is a very fun game.
1156 needs an adjustment

There are not enough spins to complete 1156. Finally I paid for a spin saver. The game shows the spin saver but just ignores it. I’ve noticed this before when there are only one or two spins to start with. You owe me some spin savers. But. I am addicted to the game. Thanks for the new levels. Waiting for a new land!

This is a great game. I play and pass all the levels no matter how hard they get, which they do get pretty hard. I must say. Thanks for always having new updates when I’m ready to move on. With that being said it says there was an update for the new level 59 that was two days ago when it still says on my game “under construction” I’m a little confused and I’m ready to play. Please release that level for us all to play!

I like this game, but will not buy anymore games from big fish. I bought games in the past and they will not update them so I can keep playing them that is not right when I paid for them.

Game takes too long to give more lives. I have been on the same level for over a week. When I get to the point of almost beating the level I run out of spins so select continue for 100 gold pieces and get none of the colors needed. Think the game is rigged to get you to purchase more gold tempted to just delete the game and find another one that at least gives you a chance to win and continue playing.
