Swipe left or right for future home: Use it like a dating app — Casa Blanca uses machine learning to give better options with each swipe. Based on preferences, the app sorts thousands of listings so you see your closest matches first. Unlike existing apps and websites, Casa Blanca actively saves the homes users like and simultaneously hides the ones they don’t.
Find your match: When users are ready to move from browsing to buying or renting, they are matched with an agent on Casa Blanca’s team of real estate experts to seamlessly guide them through the process on and off the app. Referencing saved listings and user preferences, agents offer their personalized touch, curating an additional selection of homes, scheduling showings and beyond.

Simplified Listings: The app searches and sorts for you. Displayed with closest matches to your preferences first, users can swipe right or left on each listing after reviewing all the details. It saves the ones you like and hides the ones you don’t (users are always able to reference previously viewed listings).
Easy Tracking: The app allows buyers, renters and agents to track preferred listings and schedule viewings with notes and appointments easily accessible at any point of the process.
Viewings on Your Schedule: As easy as booking a dinner reservation, users can schedule to view each listing in person through the app making viewings more seamless than ever.
