Was specifically looking for a map creator. Saw the reviews even before I tried it. Now that I have, would like a few questions answered (at your leisure, not taking for granted that you might live in my time zone)!! Also note, currently no one else has bothered to create a generator yet (to my knowledge). How much is Pro?? It should be semi advertised in the option menu after you hit the pro option in the upper left corner on the main app.

This map generator only gives you a part of a random map. You can't preview the entire map and zoom in on the section you want because there's no zoom option. You can adjust the sea level but that's all. This allows you to turn the land mass into islands. There's no scrolling so the map portion you see is it. I purchased the pro version but nothing really changed. You get nine map types but the only difference is the color of the land..arctic is white, dessert is yellow...you can "reload the map" and get more random portions of land masses...you can't create your own map... no export options to Dropbox. There is no editing so you can't name towns, the oceans...or any text. There is no way to add roads . There's no compass. All in all, not impressed.

I purchased the pro version hoping to be able to make my own maps as the description states. This app is a complete scam. DON'T buy it. Even the free version is misleading. Why it's even available on Apps shows how little over site Apple gives to its app site. How sad. ☹️

I use this app for my stories and stuff like that, and the map is automatically generated, so don't get too hyped. But you can change the sea level and change the color of what the map looks like. Someone said you couldn't make towns or anything, I save my map to my camera roll and I use 'Drawing desk' app for creating the roads, towns, ect.

There are better map generators online than this that give you a worldwide map of the random map.

This app is a god send to have an original world map for all my campaigns, has saved me countless hours, even the free version is wonderful and should be a staple for all DMs tool boxes

You can't do that much with the app. I was going to use this because I'm a DM but it is pretty bad. You need the pro version to get all the map types. Normally the developer makes good apps not this one.
