I have the same problem as most if not all of the 1 or 2 stars reviews. Progress lost and now game won't open. Many of us has spent money on the game to only have what was purchased taken away from us. Does that constitute as theft or fraud? Some have spent in the hundreds as I've read and that's crazy to lose all that you have bought after spending money.

Progress lost, purchases lost for example 2 cars I have purchased have disappeared 8 times now & I have to contact game loft every time to fix it. But a week later disappears again. Once you reach level 50 game over pretty much. The developers have stopped expanding the game so no more racetracks, no more paint jobs or buildings that you can purchase. Events haven't worked in a year, and their are endless glitches, freezing lag and issues that never get fixed. Games don't sync between devices Etc. Frequently progress gets lost and you reset to a earlier place in the game. Car upgrades gone, paint jobs you earned or purchased gone. If your playing to play great but don't bother wasting any $$. Events don't work and I couldn't expand my territory for a year. My iPad Air has a different registration and friend code assigned and I have gave up on trying to get it synced with ,u other devices. All because wrong age was entered they cannot figure out how to delete the registration and sync to my Apple ID Game Center registration even though that device has the same info as my other iPads. Is frustrating and customer service just pass you around mo accountability. After $100 invested was a huge waste

Game has potential but too many issues. I never know what to expect when I log it. It randomly loses my progress. If I hadn't spent money on this game buy diamonds I would delete it.
