I keep trying to register my vehicle and when I enter the VIN i get an error message that says the car has to be purchased from CarMax, WHICH IT WAS! This app is total trash and I would not recommend installing.

Britny was very Patient and Caring, I had just had a Total hip replacement and could not walk to very well I was there to Trade in a small car for a van I needed more room.. the Staff was very kind and helpful for the most part...

Needs to have option to add custom maintenance items and timetables. Why would I want some mai tenancy calendar items here and have to add others elsewhere. Also has car registration every 12 months? That’s silly.

This app does nothing for you. Tried paying my bill and setup my recurring payment and would never except my information. And never pulled the money, even though it sent me an email saying it was scheduled to do so.

Version 1.13.4 App crashes when you press payment. It just closes with repeated attempts, new update does NOT fix the problem. Running iOS 13.2 on iPhone 11 pro Max.....please fix in next update. I have been using this app to pay for my car for the last 2yrs....i can’t imagine this not being functional moving fwd. Thank you

The app worked fine with my iPhone 8. I just got an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The app doesn’t work at all. I have deleted and reinstalled it. It still doesn’t work at all.
