Who knew that someone could take such a complex process and make it simple and easy for people especially in the heat of the moment. The numbers show that survival of the event have increased dramatically and that blows my mind!

This app is perfect for running a code. It allowed me to concentrate on finding the cause of the arrest and not worry about when to give important medications . It also ensured that the patient got his full two minutes of cpr each cycle. The metronome ensured right rate and the metronome is now recommended with Get With the Guidelines. One thing we do not do in a code is get a finger stick blood sugar but it was a tip in the h and t section. Wouldn't you know the patients sugar was 22?! Thanks CARMA! I think this app would be perfect for the pre hospital provider as well.

As a critical care and rapid response nurse, I use this app frequently. It helps to provide timing for medications, compressions and therapies. During a stressful situation, it helps to keep everyone on track and improve patient outcomes.

Makes the whole acls algorithm easy to remember when you are in a code situation which makes remembering anything tough. Great for students and medical professionals. Cheaper than similar products i have seen on the app store (although i haven't used any of the others so i can't rate them). This has timers, meds to give, and actions to take. Really useful.

Just started my career as a resident. It really helps with following the ACLS algorithm. Must have app for all residents!!!!

This is the first time I am writing a review for an app. I am a Medicine Resident and till now had trouble with managing CPR, rhythm check and Epi time. But I used this app during my last code, I felt very organized and it was easy to manage CPR and rhythm check times. My problem with the app is, the email option doesn’t work. Also, when I choose new session in VT/VE, it doesn’t reset the shock count to zero.
