Pretty good device

This car tracking app connects to a cloud so there is some delay in event reporting. Also, since it connects through the OBD port it's easily disconnected by a thief with a brain. All that being said, I like it because I think a large % of thieves aren't that quick and there is no obvious sign that your car contains this device.

Worked for a little while. Now it's just disappointing. Not reliable. Not consistent. Frustrating really. No support if your disappointed. So go ahead and throw that money away.

Google maps are not supported, if you are out of city limits then this is not for you. If you are international and this might not be the best option. Do uses Apple maps, you know the rest. Otherwise really good service

There is a lag between when you get an alarm and when event actually happens--making it pretty much useless in stopping a theft in progress. The scheduler feature has yet to work for me--so it goes off every morning on my way to work even though the alarm should has automatically shut off and also doesn't arm itself according to the scheduler. No documentation about how to operate the scheduler either. I'm returning the device and canceling the trial.

Update: latest release completely disabled the tracking. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app FIXED it. :) Monthly fee is lower than others! Auto lock, locks the car anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes after the car is shut off, sometimes says its locked after a trip starts. Real time tracking seems to work rather well! Bread crumb trail of each trip is quite good! Tells you if it is unplugged! Nice to know the battery voltage with a chart. Wish the voltage chart showed more than the start and end hours(like what time each data point represents). Overall it is a handy device with continual improvements made by the developers!

It’s a really awesome tracking device but it needs an update. I really enjoy the auto timer lock and and everything but it will enable the timer lock while I’m driving!.

This has everything you need to protect the second biggest investment of your life, your House is number 1, they say your car is the second biggest investment. It has all the features I want and need! Does everything manufacturer describes? Fees are cheaper than anyone I’ve seen? What more can you ask for! If it’s unplugged your notified, car turns on your notified! This is hands down prob the best way to protect your car even more so than a car alarm? Tracking, detection, vehicle health this literally has it all! Can’t say enough

Bought this about 6 months ago. Been using it everyday to track the vehicle. About once a week like today. Car was started, has been on the road for about an hour and the device hasn’t moved or shown activity yet? Sometimes it won’t give me any activity for that day. When it works, it works great. But only 3 stars because I have so many issues with it.
