Booked a car through Carla. In the airport, I was told that the reservation does not exist, although the app was showing reservation number, charge etc. Had to book another car at walk in prices. Was offered 10 per centdiscount on my next booking by Carla as a reimbursement. They are out of touch.

Pretty fast and simple car rental app to save your hard earned dollars. I would say clean to describe Carla. You can see all the car rental companies at discounted rates. No unnecessary information, just focusing on the vital stuff. No already checked boxes as well so that you don't end up with optional services. I love that they show the total for my trip. It is much easier to compare. I don't appreciate other websites, apps showing just the rental charge and then adding all types of fees making your total 2x.

This app is so efficient and user friendly plus it booked a car for me at a place that showed full on its own site and directly even its own staff said there were no cars available. I am very impressed!

Don’t ever rent a car through this app they charge you 88€ for every change in your booking. Please don’t do my mistake I was waiting at the airport coming from 6 hours flight then I did a mistake for the reservation time instead of 10 am I keep it as a default 22 I immediately contacted you through the email to modify the time to now I never been charged for a booking through Expedia, Costco etc. So when you charged my card first time €88 the rental car said the reservation number is not valid then I waited for an hour then you said we will charge your card another €88 for the pickup time change so why don’t you change the return time to 10 am without charging me the €88.

In the app there is an option to click... the under 25 option so of course I clicked it because I’m only 24. The issue is that when I went to pick up my rental that was advertised as $260 with my “age option” in mind is was actually going cost me over $600 for the rental because....well I’m not 25. This option should display some sort of indication of having to pay such a substantial amount of money if you are under the age of 25 and instead of notifying their customer of that I got charged the stupid $2.59 reservation fee plus I drove over there to not get a rental car. This is a very misleading app what’s the under 25 button there For anyway? It didn’t help me or notify me of any additional costs exceeding the actual price of the rental!

Received a confirmation email but when I tried to cancel the confirmation number apparently is no good. I emailed a reply to that email as well as have sent an email through the app. No phone number available and never was sent a voucher. Stay away!

Rented vehicle via Carla for fixed price. Rental location more than tripled the price with ‘required’ extra costs. We declined and had to find a new service which we did at a similar cost to our original price. Response to developer comment: We were told the insurance would be about $100 per day and was required. I emailed the developer they responded they would get back to me, it’s been a week: no response... DON’T USE CARLA, no guarantee, and no phone support via app.
