This app is so perfect for my 4 year-old daughter who LOVES reading and being read to. Her father is deploying for the third time in her lifetime, and staying connected is so important. Finding Caribu has been an exciting opportunity for her and her dad to stay in touch with video chats while reading and playing games. It’s so great that they can still do some of her favorite things together while he’s overseas. This app will help her stay engaged with him and help to strengthen their bond. Also great to play with cousins and friends that we’ve had to move away from over the years. We are also so honored that Caribu offers free and unlimited lifetime subscriptions to currently serving US military families.

Our grandbabies live 1800 miles and two time zones away. We, the grandparents, both still work. To be able to have the opportunity to read to the two year old and eventually, his baby sister is very important to me. Even traveling twice a year to see them is not enough time and having this app helps. Yes, it is not the same as having them in my lap (I’m not sure why people love to point that out, it seems cruel) but they know my voice, my face and my expressions and I theirs, and that is a blessing. I especially like the little “circles” that each of us can use to “point” to things on the page. He’s catching on to that already. Thank you.

I was trying to read to my grandson today and we kept getting disconnected. I’d call back was to read a book then when searching for another book we were disconnected again. After several tries we gave up. First time this has happened. We are normally very happy with this app. Thank you

We have a family that is separated by many miles. Some live in the islands, some in the south and some in the north. This app has been a great way for us all to keep connected with all ages. My grandchildren love it! And I love it too❤️ This app is fabulous!

I would like to cancel my subscription. My five year old grandson and I looked at the various offerings on Car1bu at home. We didn’t play anything. We went off to the restaurant for dinner. When we got my tablet out and we couldn’t get anything to work . He was so disappointed and so was I. I realize now I should have asked about their network. But I don’t want to be dependent on network availability.
Great potential. Works most of the time, but had 3 annoying connection losses in 1 hour.

Subscription does not work

I paid for a year subscription but when I tried to use the service recently it tells me I need to to upgrade. I still have 6 months left of my $100 subscription. I am very frustrated that I cannot use my subscription.

This worked fine until a couple weeks ago- now can’t download most things-get gray blank frames- have re-installed with no improvement. Therefore I have decreased stars from 5 to 2. In the past have really enjoyed using this app with my 5 year old grandson. Very disappointed.
