The app is very dated and not as easy to navigate as the full website. Trying to find previous payments and having a hard time.
Very convenient to just tap the app and pay my premium with less pages loading. Very fast as well.
Ya gotta have this app to have access to your caresource card and information a d you can pay your bill through the app. I just wish I didn't have to log in every time. Really if it stayed unlocked and someone steals my phone, what are they gonna do? Pay my bill?? I say leave it unlocked or let me use my finger print to unlock it. Other than that, it's fine.
I mean, who the heck actually used this before they sent it out to the public. It’s almost as bad as my insurance I’m paying way to much for. I don’t know what I expected...
The app is terrible. The website is completely out of date too. 90% of the people that are listed as in network, are not. You call In and wait on hold forever, and they give you another person who they say is the network, and then you call to set up an appointment and they are not in network. Care source is absolutely the worst...
Why bother having a remember me button when I have to log in each time I open the app?? Why not have a finger print log in?
This app won’t let me sign in with my user name and password. It will connect me to the website that will let me sign in BUT it shows last years ID and coverage. No matter how many times I change my password it won’t work even after twice uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Additionally, there’s no link for any problem but “forgot password” so you can’t even get a link to reset all your info.
