Sometimes it's easier to say on see than to their faces. This was a beautiful way to showcase that. Oh!!! And I ABSOLUTELY love that you can put in your own context from "web" pages. Great App*****!

IMPORTANT: my original review from oct 2018 appears immediately below, however please see update paragraph below. Great app!:) Original review written in oct 2018: I had great luck a few times with this app but last year tried to send my dad gift certificate for AMC.....he never received the card or gift card. No one replied to my messages until I opened a dispute on paypal. Then I got two completely different messages - one asking me to give more time for it to show up (never mind that I never gave a physical address for it to be mailed and I thought these were e-gift cards not actual cards!). That message then mysteriously disappeared and The next message offered my money back if it still didnt show up (again, I never gave a mailing address). Then I had a busy week....I didnt remember to deal with this and the paypal dispute period ended. Whether I would have actually received a refund!?..... Doubtful but I guess they technically did offer it. Proceed with caution!!!!!!!! IMPORTANT!! The above issue I had was resolved so I am updating the above review as of nov 2018 - I received a personal phone call from one of the app developers to apologize, as well as a prompt refund. Something did go wrong with the initial purchase, and I did have trouble getting anyone to help at that specific time, and I did get some frustrating information through the paypal dispute, but I do sincerely believe this was an isolated incident and that my experience is not one that happens often (or at all!) to anyone else. I was really impressed with the follow up, and I realized after the fact that the app developer DID try to correct the issue with me via paypal but I never realized it. Ultimately, I am very impressed with the personal attention the company gave this issue. I would 100% use Cardsnacks and recommend them again for sure! ?
