It doesn't work-Funktioniert nicht

I downloaded this app and created the first postcard. When I hit the send button, The transmission failed... 5 times! I live in the US and have high-speed internet and the card was supposed to be sent to Switzerland. I'll try one more time and then delete the app if it fails again.
