The game was fun, but then it took my money

I’ve made two purchases the first one I made I was like oh just a mistake it’ll give my gems soon (bought the $14.99) then the second time I bought the $4.99 just to see if it’ll do it again and take my money. And sure enough it took my money again. I’m highly disappointed in that Bc this game used to be my favorite but no ice lost interest literally just Bc of it taking my money.

So i actually love the game itself, it is very fun (and those of you wondering if it’s multiplayer with your friends, it’s not. Just online battle). The graphics are cool for a mobile game and you get to be more comfortable with the cards so if you play the actual card game it’s kind of nice, but all of my progress got deleted last night. I read in other reviews that it had been happening to other people, but I took the chance on this game anyway. I have made no in app purchases, but i was steadily making my way through all of the quests and gaining all three stars for each opponent. Not to mention all the character and other deck cards i had collected. Overall, it’s a really fun game especially if you love adventure time; just know that the developers REALLY need to fix this. I still plan on keeping the game and i guess just starting over, but it was a huge bummer to see that all my stuff was gone. Be weary of making in app purchases just in case this happens to you.

This game had a lot of problems the first time I had it and I just downloaded it again. It won't even start it just says "connecting" for way too long and I know it isn't my wifi because everything else works just fine. Please fix because I love this game so much.

So I’m out $20 because I bought gems and have the receipt for them but they never showed up.
Do not make in app purchases!!

I had this app a long time ago and lost all of my progress, I made an in app purchase that I never received, I contacted the developers and could see that they read my messages, but have never replied! I love this game, but the customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for over two months to receive my purchases and still haven’t gotten them.

Through me all the way back to the second battle when I was all the way down by Ricardo with like 60 + cards and 10 gems, really enjoy the game but I’m not a fan of it happening again
