This bug ruined the game for me

So in all honestly I love this game and play it a lot, but one BIG problem. I tried getting the Fionna and Cake addition but it didn't give to me although my money was still used. This is a problem I have seen a lot of people complaining about and until it's fixed,my rating stands at a one star.

I tried to buy the fifteen dollar gem bundle but it didn't go through so if you can, please make the store work or get rid of it.

Really fun except for a couple things....

I've had this game for a long while. So I deleted it a few times for storage reasons. It saved everything except for the Fionna and Cake update I bought. I have tried Time and time again to get it back, but it says it will be renewed for free, yet I haven't gotten it. The other thing is the daily spin. I haven't gotten something decent from that thing, EVER. Great game otherwise.

I'm absolutely addicted to this game but it won't let me delete progress and start again, and I bought 30 dollars worth of gems and the game never gave me them.

Okay, I had this game for a long time, and it was super fun! There was just one problem I got really mad about that ruined my game experience. I only open the app and what did I get?Oh, I don't know...I just got my entire game progress erased!!! Honestly, I was having a good time until this happened! I would have given a higher rating if this problem didn't happen. But it did. So developers, please fix this problem because it was the worst possible problem I had to experience!

It is a good and fun game but the animations for the heroes is bad and while my friends are getting new cards better than mine, I am getting cards that are considered useless to me, even after I've been playing before them

I as a respectful patron of this game, much like the others, have found an irk in the system that seems rather silly than flat out angering. I have noticed the A.I. on several occasions decide to play creatures on top of each other. What I mean is, the opponent will be using all corn fields and place let's say an Archer Dan on the far left lane, the other 3 lanes will still be open and for some reason, unfathomably stupid, the A.I. decides to not use the empty lanes but put a Corn-Ball in place of Dan, ultimately wasting points, ruining the opportunity to spring me into a heart attack, and make challenge. The game needs an update as it is due for one by now, but that is my 2 cents on the issues unveiled.

I bought the trendy bundle To get the 3 cards and the 10 gems, but it never gave them too me. I've reset the game 3 times and still don't have them. Pretty disappointed ? Update: it's been a few days and still haven't heard from the developers about a refund. So kids, don't buy the trendy bundle unless you want to lose 5 bucks and get nothing in return :) Another update: still nothing from the developers. This app and its services are complete trash.
