This app is very entertaining but can bore you after a while of play. It is a free to play app so you can't pay in it. I dont think it needs wifi so it could be fun. The bad part is you need a picture for every card you make. I recconmend an app called 1000+ wallpapers to get the images. Thanks for reading!
