Too much advertisement before connect to programs. Caracol abuses of its customers before and in the programs. I don’t connect with your stations as I did in the past. No way.

Estoy fueradel pais y gracias a la App puedo tener informacion de noticias del dia, deportes, la luciernaga, mascotas.. en fin muy satisfecha con Caracol radio. Feliz anio nuevo
New design but nothing exciting

The old design of Caracol was much better, easier to navigate and make selection(s) than the new image. The current design is too full of intrusive commercials and if I am interested in reading a specific news segment, the advertisements bombard and ruin the moment. Also, what happened to the program with Flavia Do Santos with Andres López? Never to come back just like Dos y Punto? Please reconsider these new ideas and make them better. Confusing browser

Before was so much easier to navigate on the station’s browser, now is harder to listen to the podcasts, I love “la luciérnaga “ is funny and refreshing. Thanks anyway
