Not bad but..

With only a one time chance to insert an extra payment for 1 payment and the option to put in what you plan to pay extra. This is great for an initial planning tool. To make this better (long term use), input section should allow for additional payments that could change throughout the loan period. Maybe months 1-12: I pay $50 over, but also clear out another loan or payment. Then months 13-30 I pay over $500. Or maybe I had an emergency and couldn’t pay extra for a few months. These life events/changes cannot be tracked in this app. (Yet?) ;)
Math is wrong

The math is wrong when calculating bi weekly payments. The schedule only shows that 12 payments will be made when paying bi weekly. It should show 13. Twenty six bi weekly payments equals 13 monthly payments. Also; should have an option when calculating for more than one extra payment. What if I want to make a larger payment on payment 10, 22, 34, and 46? I don't have the option to calculate that with this calculator.
Stopped giving payment.

App needs improvement

Car loans when your at the dealership are calculated in months. Some lenders will go to 75 months. There’s no way to instruct this app to calculate a car payment to 75 months. If you enter 6.25 which would equal 75 months it rounds it off to 6.3 which is 76 months. If you enter 6.2, then it gives you 74 months. My suggestion is change the app to calculate in months not years.
Quick and easy, but needs a few adds.

A few extra input fields should be added with the option of having them included in the taxable amount. Dealers in most states charge documentation fees, which are sometimes taxable and sometimes not. GAP protection is also offered which may or may not be taxable, depending on the state. There should also be a field for registration costs.

Would like to have the option of adding document fee, registration, and adjustment for a out the door price that adjusts sale price. For example if you want to spend $15,000 even the price and tax adjusts accordingly.
