Notifications don’t work

I want to love this game, but the notifications don’t work, which makes it take forever to finish a round. I have downloaded the game twice and allowed notifications, and it doesn’t work for my opponent or me.

Amazing, just one issue~

An almost satisfied player~

This game is absolutely amazing, I’ve been really enjoying it—although I am a fairly new player. I downloaded this game with the intention to play with my mother since she has always talked highly of the game. Capitals won’t allow for me to add her, and play against her, however. Which is rather infuriating. Please fix this.
