Very slow and sluggish app! It maybe a good app for manny, but I am a pro photoshop user and this app is so confusing to me!
Purchased but can’t use

I paid for the pro subscription, however I’m told I must sign up for pro Canva to edit my flyers. I’m already signed up thank you. Now can I please use what I paid for?!?!

I use this app to make graphics for my business.. I paid for a year of the pro version to make it more user friendly and about a month later it won't let me use it! Says I have to upgrade to the pro! I already paid for a whole year!!! I've been trying to get help but just get told that they can't see that I paid for it! I can go in my subscriptions though and it shows that it's paid for through December 2021! Checked my card statement and the payment cleared!! So SO disappointed!
