Sound problems

Having a problem with sound. I can hear my voice everytime on their end, and they can hear their voice on my end. And when the video plays it’s a whole mess cause the video is doubling in sound and it’s really annoying. We’ve tried restarting the phone, etc/ making a new tok . Didn’t work. So it isn’t a problem on our end . It’s the app’s

This app is a cool idea and would be very useful if it would work more than 20% of the time. I’m always having to clear the app from my history and join back into the room so my camera unfreezes or so the video that’s playing will stop “syncing for everyone” when really it’s just playing and I can’t see it. This happens to just about everyone I’ve been on this app with too. If you’re thinking about getting this app to spend time with friends and such I would just find something else at least until they fix their mess… .
