I can’t seem to get videos to transfer and it is driving me nuts!!! Someone please help.
Laggy and unresponsive

This app is great when it’s not uploading photos. But since I don’t use the app every day, I often have 50 or so photos to upload each time I open it. While the app is uploading photos, it essentially becomes useless. The uploading process causes the app to grind to a halt and it becomes very unresponsive to touch input. I have to wait until the uploads are finished before I can really begin to look through older photos. If they could fix this problem it would be a five star app and an excellent alternative to google and amazon’s offerings.

I currently can’t even get the app to upload from my iPhone. It just locks up. It shows the little bars but that’s it, nothing loads. Very frustrating.
Great option for sharing photos

This app gets your photos and videos online for sharing with minimal fuss. I love the emphasis on privacy and ownership retention. For me, it replaces google photos. Canon really should replace the Online Photo Album site with Irista, which is superior in every way. Other huge pluses are the native iPhone interface and the Apple TV app. One bug: on the Apple TV app, selecting an album automatically starts playing a slideshow in REVERSE order.

I need something other than google drives, and adobe, to share my photographs with family, and clients, this has been a great addition to my photography arsenal, both on the iPhone and on the desktop ?.

Unable to see previews of uploaded files on iPad even after updates to July 2019 version. Had to log out and then log back in. Frustrating. Users should not have to do this to see their files. Lifecake ?. Who is that ? Do not use this until fixed. You will have to logout/login every time.
Nice app, but it’s missing location metadata

Nice app. Easy and enjoyable to use. Unfortunately, there’s no location/GPS metadata functionality, so I’m forced to delete Irista and continue using Google Photos. Too bad, i wanted to stick with this app and dump Google.
