I cannot use this app either of my devices now. Need to update iOS ASAP! I have no problem with changing my review when this is done. But right now it’s not even a one star. But that’s the lowest I can give it.

I have tried to download and view my photos directly to my iPhone and it’s not supporting the current iOS. Please update your app so it compatible. It really sucked having to download my photos to my laptop then emailing myself the photos.

I would have liked to give 0 stars. I gave yet to get Camera Crappy Connect to work, only been trying about 2 months! Camera Window worked every single time, effortlessly! I finally called Canon......Couldn't get it to work via their instructions either. Tech finally decided I have too many pics on myv camera, therefore it won't connect. Funny, I had same number of pics when using Camera Window. By now, I must conclude that I no longer have a camera with wifi. Thank you Canon for needlessly screwing up a good thing!!!!

As big as canon is this is amazing that they can’t keep up with technology! Please update this app or add support on your other app for g16 camera!

I loved this app. I was able to take photos on my camera and immediately download them onto my phone. However i can no longer do that because the app is not compatible with IOS 11. Very disappointed.
Please update your app!!!

I like to access my camera using my phone to select pictures to share with my family and friends. It is one of the main reasons that I purchased this camera. Please upgrade your app so people can continue to use this wonderful feature!
