Game crashes frequently, & I bought coins & was not credited. Most of the time I open a new game, I get a white screen, & nothing opens. How can I solve this problem? I paid for unlimited play for 3 days, & I can't play....not happy!

Plays on my desktop but can't get beyond white screen on IPad mini. Not worth the headache to try figuring it out. I'm wondering if creators even bother with these ? reviews.
