Fun game but terrible app design

I remember now why I uninstalled this game a long time ago. The audio preferences don't save, so every time I open the game it blasts the theme music despite the fact that my phone is on vibrate! I shouldn't have to keep earbuds jacked in to keep from disturbing people around me or keep them from knowing what I'm doing. Plus the app opens the app store after every round, I guess to get you to download the developer's other offerings. You have to back out of it to keep playing. The game itself is fun but the packaging is too annoying.
