Purchased party bucks but never received

Purchased 2 party buck packages at $4.99 each yesterday and still not showing up in game for me to use. I have already been billed and when I reached out to Apple they said I would have to contact the app developers but the link to their support is broken. Very unfortunate because I enjoyed playing the game. Please refund my money or give me my party bucks I paid for.
