Why are the send/Receiving lives not working?

My friend sent me life and it disappeared? I also try to send lives to peoples on my friends list and they are t receiving it. Why do you have to pay for bars I earned? Not fair at all. I earned my bars I shouldn’t have to pay to open the piggy bank!! It takes 40 minutes to refill one life. The least you can do is make sure I get my bars I earned! Great app but needs improvement on those two areas.

Why do I repeatedly get emails telling me I have 20 Gold bars waiting for me...? So what do I do... I click on what they tell me and there's an UPDATE - ok UPDATED & where's my 20 Gold Bars so I can get the Yetis challenge thing - the thing that's IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS THRU without a. Money to spend on the game or b. Gold Bars since you keep us from passing any level for some times 10-15 tries and it's almost to me , when I need one more Baby Octopus or one more Cookie and I'm doing great then one more to pass and I still have 10 tries to get one more - IRONIC .... isn't it I never pass so again and again I go retry same thing - becuz I haven't PAID FIR MIRE GOLD BARS- and here u get me to update w a promise if 20 gold bars and you , KING , give nothing ! Kinda dirty - but you sound don't think so - so I'll change my review to 2-stars without a legitimate answer of why KING THINKS they won't do as they falsely advertise to their people who used to love the CANDY CRUSH FRIENDS SAGA -

For 2 days now , I see no new quests . It says next new quests in 19 hours. I used to enjoy new quests . Now they stopped giving them. I don’t mind supporting the game once in a while. But some levels are impossible to pass without a little help these quests provide. I won’t be spending any money until they fix this for me. If you’re having this problem, please do the same. If enough people stop spending money when the game is broken, they might fix the problem sooner, rather forcing people to spend more money

I’ve played candy crush saga, soda, jelly and candy crush friends. Candy crush friends was my latest and I was on level 1800 somewhere. Facebook kicked me offline a few days ago and when I logged back in, all of my progress was gone. I’ve emailed king a few times and nothing happens.... deleting all of them ?
