Love the game but purchased coins 3 times and never got them. Tried to contact you and says server not connected, check everything to make sure of connection. But still no luck

I’ve only been playing the game for about a month and a half. It is very similar to another game it’s much more popular. So far I seem to like this game quite a bit actually I like it a lot!
