It's a simple candle app. The flame can't be blown out unless you turn on that function in the settings. It'll also let you play music from your music library. Kept my niece busy for a while

Even turning on the blow out feature, it doesn't work.

The blowout features is off by default and you have to wade through the Settings function to turn it on. Once you blow out the candle there's no way to turn it back on. You have to stop the app and restart it
