Because these seem to be more logical than some of the others.

It won't stop "Downloading" in game

Open up the app for the first time and all is good. Then the second time I go in and open it its has a greyish bubble pop up that now won't go away that says "Downloading" and it stays at "0%" DELETED!!! It stayed like that even after I deleted it and downloaded it again to my phone from the App Store!! It won't let me play the game! Unbelievable
