The measurements work - but the way the app is designed trying to get you to spend $30 on a simple tape measure — it’s appalling. You can get around their scam and still use it - because in my experiments this app was most accurate out of 4 I tried - just take screenshot when done and make sure you don’t get caught in this click baiting
Worthless to buy.

Don’t busy this application. It’s not giving accurate measurements. +- 4 feet difference in 100 feet of measuring.
