I wanted my 59.99 back that I didn’t authorize and the app doesn’t even work. I tried scanning three different times and after 30 min it tells me it fails. I tried contacting to get my money back but no respond. What a shame this is disgusting.

I have used this app with my business for years and it has always been the best pdf,fax, email app. I wish they did not charge so much because they would get triple the number of customers if they did! But not everything is perfect!

I use this app several times a month as my scanner stop working after a Microsoft update. It copies and fixes scans much better than a simple edited picture. You have to pay for the app to delete files though.

I’ve been charged twice for my premium membership and want the refund of one of them for $54.11. I love the app and will change my review once this is resolved. I have no way of contacting the app to get the refund!
