Was fun but now just frustrating

I like this game a lot. But for the past few weeks now the game app is always “cleaning” once it’s done “cleaning” the game loads up with hourglasses on everything. I can’t load any of the fashion showdowns or feed and take care of my pets. Eventually after multiple hours and attempts to log in and out it, it fixes itself, then a few hours later back to “cleaning” and story repeats itself. Some of the fun features they use to have are no longer being used and it’s unfortunate. If you haven’t downloaded this I don’t recommend downloading.

This game is super fun blah blah blah. Problem 1; I turned on Game Center for the first time and when I went in to my boutique all of the clothes I was selling weren’t there and weren’t in my stock either. All of that just disappeared. Then I figured maybe Game Center did something, so I turned it off. I went back in and now I don’t have any pearls! None. Problem 2; I expanded to Elisha the freshman and completed the goals for her. She said she joined my sorority, but then never showed up. It’s been like a week and I still don’t have her! I would appreciate if you could fix the glitches, then the game would be much more fun. 5 stars worth of fun.

I'm having issues reloading current app. Keep getting an error message stating there's a previous app, which is true, but I'm currently using a new second app. I denied wanting to use the original app from 2014. Please help in reloading the second app. Thank you.

It freezes constantly with hourglass symbols and I can’t do anything it’s super annoying. I have to wait 2-5 minutes for it to load my campus just for me to do anything. Other than that I love this game but I’ll stop playing if this keeps happening

I love the game and I’ve been playing it for awhile. My problem is that the showdown pre event ranking keeps saying that I’ve lost points. This is the second time that I’ve experienced my score going back down. Before I have an A+ and if dropped back down to an F. Now I was 150 points away from an A and I was dropped down to a C+. I’m just tired of having that happen and I’m sure I’m not the only person this is happening to. Please fix this problem. Thank you

Pre-Event Rank

This is the second week in a row that the pre-event rank was changed. Last week I went from an A to an F 3 hours before the World Event started and I'm pretty sure this happened to other players as well. This week I was at an A, almost at an A+ and the rank numbers changed moving me back down to a B. Thankfully there are still 7 days until the next event starts and I have time to move up, but I don't understand why the pre-event rankings keep getting changed in mid-competition. Doesn't seem fair to the players that you keep moving the finish line.

Great game but very glitchy

I love this game, don’t get me wrong. It is really fun, but it is always glitching. For example, one time I was entering a fashion competition. I exited the runway and next thing I know I “bought” another expansion. Ugh, I was saving up my money. I had $160,017 and then it glitched and next thing I knew I had $17,000. All that money down the drain. I want my money back ASAP! Sometimes, the game will just enter me in a fashion competition with bad clothing. That is really annoying because if I had entered myself I would’ve worn good clothing. And the in app purchases are a little bit too expensive. Seriously, why would someone buy $99.99 worth of diamonds.
