It seams nice but I can't play it! Every time it crashes when I open it. It was a total waste of time. Please fix it.

This game is amazing but after I scanned my garchomp and I got the energy pins it wouldn’t take the energy pins out of the scanner I tried refreshing but I couldn’t do anything to make it work
