Used to be my favorite! Wrote a review and asked for help after updating to IOS 11 causes this to crash when going to my camera roll. Installed all updates. Responded to questions. No help and can’t use it ! Makes me sad that no one has helped me.

No help from tech support...

I have an issue with the app, I've messaged them several times through the app, received message that they'll look in to it and after two weeks nothing has been done.... Make that almost seven weeks now as I’m now half way through October... very disappointed. My patience goes so far....how do I delete my account?

Love this app! But the other album feature under albums closes the app after each time I’ve tried to click on it. I’ve deleted it and exported all photos. Same things is happening. What’s going on?

Unusable after iOS 11 update

Access to writes in Photos has been stripped away since the iOS update. Popup only says something along the lines of go to Settings > Privacy > Photos then add Camera 360. That’s not an option in the settings, nor does the app prompt a message where you can allow photos access. There’s no way to export the photos I’ve taken with the app, so it’s completely unusable now.

I used it a few days past and it ran the battery down in about three minutes of use so I got out and recharged it. I was curious so I read the posts on it and they advised to take the program off and then reinstall it so I did. No help. After about three minutes again the battery was home. Good program but it is not worth the problem I am taking it off and going back to the default that came with the phone.

I didn’t export my photos before reinstalling the app due to it crashing all the time. Is there a way to recover all my photos which are now gone?
