Surprised by the production bug and no fix for it.

To the latest update version 9.6.1. If you want to edit the photo from you local album. You import it and when you star the edit menu, you will never see your photo. It only shows a whit board. I am surprised about no engineering captured this critical bug.

I’ve used this app for YEARS.. Honestly it’s been great. I’ve recommended to people, it’s the only one I’ve used since I can remember. Even when I switched from android to iPhone. This latest update was intriguing, till I realized you messed up what was great.. Half the features are useless, and it’s BEYOND glitchy. I can’t even properly edit my photos. Half the time the photo disappears(??) If you’re going to revamp your app, and try to “upgrade” it, maybe you should of tested it first.. No I don’t have an old crappy phone, this is coming from the iPhone XS Max. If this is the route this app is taking, guess I’ll be jumping on the FaceTune bandwagon. This app use to be better, but if you’re gonna sell out (with a glitchy sh***y update) why am I keeping this app again? Go back to what you were good at.

The one before this was way better, I’m actually thinking about deleting the whole app because I don’t like this new update. Currently looking for a new photo editor.

mines is acting very dumb. when I’m trying to edit a picture it’s not letting me. don’t download this . Waste of time .

Since the newest update, when I go to edit my pictures the photo is not showing. I have a iPhone 10XR and I just installed the latest update from iPhone and from Camera360. Please help, I love this app and use it all the time but it is not working correctly. Why does the photo disappear when I go to edit it?? I can actually use the edit features like “brightness”, “contrast”, etc. but the photo is not visible while I’m doing it. I can then hit the save icon and the pic saves with the changes but I can’t see the edits in process like you could with the old version. Please fix this quickly!!

I hate this new version of Camera360. I’d prefer the old version. This new version doesn’t give you the freedom to edit your pics how you want to. It’s annoying, I’m just going to delete this app and find another one I have more control over. I don’t want to press the one touch beauty and be done. I like it when the app scans the face and you pick what edits you want to make. #ByeCamera360 ??✌?
Most of the features are missing in editing the picture.

The recent update I couldn’t find blur the picture and I also couldn’t find to flip the picture. Can you fix that? Or tell me how to do it?

Sorry to give this fav one 1 Star but you guys should work on your version completely, test it before launch it. This new version is so wreck and need to be fix.
