Nice FX, terrible resolution

Even with the latest update, the developer has still not fixed the resolution issue/problem, or otherwise improved upon the dismal 640x640 resolution of saved images. There is a high resolution setting, but on my iPad2/iOS6 it does not seem to make a difference whether it is on or off, you still get 640sq. I like the app, the FX are nice, no crazy about the square crop, but I can live with it. Just fix the resolution! I'm starting with 12mp images, and need to maintain adequate resolution for printing purposes. Please, throw us bone here, will ya?
