Fabulous program--excellent app

I use Camcloud to monitor my home when I'm away and I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. First off--excellent program--easy to set up, great customer service, and much-needed niche amongst the much more costly alternatives available. The iPhone version of the app is very easy to use, it has an excellent interface with regards to appearance and navigation and it just works perfectly. Highly recommended.

It's a great app and tech support was outstanding in helping me set up the account. I wish there was a way to save the images and/or recorded events from the app into my iPhone image gallery instead of having to do so on the Website.

Failed cannot connect

The new version doesn't work right on my 6s. It displays the message "Failed cannot connect" when selecting a recording.

The developers promptly addressed the image failed error and the app now works very well. Very clean interface.

Really like the app, feature suggestions would be an option for increasing playback speed to 2x/3x/4x and enabling the ability a clip directly from the app (you can delete all clips from the app, but not one at a time; you can delete one at a time on website, however, but not all from a single camera).

I've been with Camcloud since they started. Dealing with Foscams can be a PIA, but Camcloud has made it simple. The new app is a huge leap forward in terms of usability and the feature set keeps getting better. Their support team is stellar, I've had them help troubleshoot tons of issues. I'm no newbie to security systems and even I miss the curve ball sometimes. Again FOSCAMs can be painfully un-intuitive at times. Again keep up the great work!
