The app is not user friendly. There is a password bug that gives an error. I can’t get into the settings of my own camera anymore. The “help” is useless because once you click on it the app crashes and I have no idea what settings to use to be able to view my cameras when I am NOT attached to my Wi-Fi. I can only currently view my cameras while I’m on my own network. This is ridiculous. They don’t answer emails to give help. They only provide a small manual that sets up camera on your Wi-Fi, no help with other settings. I have 3 worthless cameras with an equally worthless app.

Used to love and trust this app but neither motion nor audio alarms are working. I’ve written to you for help but get no response! I’ve done many tests, updated phone, verified settings in app and device, reinstalled app and even reset all cameras. Nothing works. This is an unacceptable failure. An unreliable security app supported by an unresponsive developer is very disappointing and should get not one but no stars. Fix this! Developer fails to respond. Avoid associated cameras from Liander Home.

I haven’t been able to use camera sense I purchased 6 months ago. It just will not connect to my WiFi. It’s like something is blocking it. I tried 6 different software programs with no success. I took to my work and got to connect through Brighthouse server, which took forever. At home through Comcast server I cannot get to connect. The device turns on moves in circle and stops. I wouldn’t recommend the device although not expensive, I can’t use, so what good is it
