Calvary Chapel Signal Hill has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the body of Christ. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.

I started by watching the live streaming in December 2019 of Pastor James preaching. I was in awe of his knowledge, humility , and Passion to share the word of the Bible. I was specifically looking for a Church that taught about Jesus Christ. I received that and more. The fellowship is unreal.I have never felt so welcomed. I went to my first in person service in Late February and the the Stay at Home order was enforced. Then just like that we are doing drive-in Church! I have personally never wanted to hear about the word of God so much in my life, but with Pastor James teaching I just can’t get enough. Do your self a favor and tune into the live streaming if your hesitant to come in person ,and I guarantee you will want to join this Awesome Church.

My husband and I LOVE watching CCSH and Pastor James! We try to watch all the services, Q & A’s plus the daily encouragements! He is so gifted in understanding Gods Word and gifted in explaining it! Thank You Pastor along with all of your staff, you all are a blessing and help to so many!

Pastor James is truly a blessing. Great teacher of the Word of God. He has the heart and passion for Jesus. He's style of teaching is easy to understand and informative. I've learned so much from the "CC signal hill App" Totally love his boldness and the humor, and his passion for the Lord.
