I used this app quite happily for about 3 weeks. It does a great job of tracking, it has a comprehensive database of foods if you live a lifestyle that means eating out a lot, it even has a great guide to help you eat more healthy when eating out. But every time I shut down the app or turn off my phone, it erases everything I've put in. For the past week, I've apparently had 0 calories and 0 exercise. I can't find any way to contact the developer of troubleshooting, which is sad. I'll have to find another app.

It's been dropping my entries for the past 2 days so I deleted and reinstalled. Now my info is "invalid" and I can't continue my progress. I started a week ago and already lost 5 pounds using this app as well as doing some light work out routines. Please fix this issue :)

A simple way to calculate my calories. By recording what I eat, I stay honest. I lost 5 lbs this month.

Works great for keeping up with calories,sugar and sodium. You will lose weight if you stay with going under your calories period.

Much better than older version. But there needs to be incremental speeds for running. More exercises should be added such as walking on hills on treadmill at various speeds. Also the app sometimes doubles food entries for no reason so I have to delete the extra items. Great tool for weight loss.
