LOVE it!

I love getting the feedback at the end of the day. It tells me what I'm doing well and what I can improve, so I'm eating better and better each day :) It's like having a coach right by your side all the time- I can't believe this app is free!

Helped me lose weight. I like it.

I’ve been using this app for a bit now and I’ve actually been losing weight. I’m really liking all the dietary advice I get each day that’s based on the foods I’ve been eating. It’s very clear wether or not I’m hitting my goals. And all the super detailed nutrient info is a huge plus for me since I can see what nutrients I’m lacking or taking too much of each day. It seems like Asken is working with professional dietitians for all their info and that makes me trust them more than some of the other diet apps I’ve used. All in all I’m happy with what Asken has built here. Looking forward to seeing how this app develops.

Great way to track!

Great way to track your intake. The scanner makes it easy to keep track of how I’m doing. Good info and advice for adjusting my diet to meet my goals.

Bar code scanner is great

It helps me monitor my calorie and nutrition intake so I can learn how to eat a more healthy diet.

Love this app

I met a coworker who used this app and it seemed easy enough so I began to use it. I love how easy it makes it to count calories and how it tells you how long you have to get to your goal. This is awesome everyday I'm surprised that I'm still counting. Thanks developers and consultants.

Very small database...

Although the platform is robust and efficient with the tips, I found using the database clumsy and ineffective most of the time. Scanning the bar code works well, but if you have to type, good luck finding what you want. It is even worse with restaurants. MyFitnessPal, although not as good, has a much better database and search engine. I will need to go back to it not because I did not like Asken, but because as I dine out frequently, I do not have the options I need.

Ease of Use

This app is very easy to use and has been able to bring every product I scan, including my local H-E-B brands. So far, I’ve lost 8lbs in two weeks!

Not quite what I was looking for

I thought I’d try this app as I got the Fitbit Versa but I was disappointed. I was excited to see the nutrient listings. Unfortunately when I logged my food I got an A. The app only graded based on calorie intake. I was hoping it would judge on nutrients and calories. I had no veggies or fruit (not typical but it does happen) and I still got an A. It should’ve been a C or D. I’m just going to use the food portion of the Fitbit app. It shows macros now.

Great App!

Thank you!

So I had gained 9 lbs in about a month because of over eating, but this app helped me lose it in about a month! Not only does it keep record of my foods, but al so the nutrients I’m supposed to be having. Best app ever when it comes to dieting since it encourages healthy eating habits. I’m back to 100 lbs and it has taught me a lot about what I eat.
