Can’t leave venue to find the 888# and lot#. hope we don’t get towed!!!

They are crooks

They are crooks!!

Not only do you have to pay their outrageous fees you also get charged a “convenience fee” to use the service. A service you are forced to use because there is no other way to pay for parking. That’s after you have to spend time to download the app and give private information along with your credit card number. Robbery!

No Location

skdjued iziebdudenej

It’s pretty trash. When you park you’re in a hurry. Downloading some crappy app while standing in the rain in a parking lot is not cool. Then it has a map but it has no idea that I’m standing in lot 1847482834848, I have to find the sign and type 1847482834848 in by hand. Also you get helpful durations like 5 minutes, 8 hours, 10 hours. Ummmm....

Simple app; easy to park and pay

Doesn’t work

Can’t pay through this stupid app and absolutely no customer support

Annoying

Annoying and difficult

Fraud and hidden fees

bryanmn

Sign said *$7 for 2-4 hours* yet the app claimed $7.70 AND added a “convenience” fee of $0.30. Exactly how am I supposed to not pay this fee and the listed price when the signs says to use the app? I will report this app once I find the right place.

Works

greatdogcontopity

It works. That is all that expected from it.

Easy to use

CathleenC

This payment app is really easy to use. I appreciate the notification when I’m running out of time and being able to add time

Easy to use but lacks features

Go pinball

The app is simple and easy to use. Great. But the ability to save favorite locations would be an awesome feature to add. I only use the app because I park in the same lot every day and it uses this service for payment. Having to scroll through the map or look up the location number every day is a bit of a pain in the arse.
