One thing it needs is the ability to put in an area code and have it set in the search box so you don’t have to enter it every time. I will say that I would like it to have more detailed info for the numbers it does find information on . The location information varies widely depending on the phone in question. This app has found the Caller-ID on several numbers that other apps could not. So I give it a three star rating.
UI is bad, yes. But..
See things as they are
The app works and it’s the only free reverse phone number lookup I’ve seen, period. This app is legit. Their website is SafeCaller(dot)com

This app has been useful for a long time. Works on landlines. But not most wireless numbers. But that’s understandable.

I use this App often. It’s helpful most of the time with a person’s name and or business, but sometimes no info is available. If the App was able to identify all caller numbers I’d give it a 5 star. There could be improvement however it’s still a great App and easy to use.

I don't know why there are so many good reviews. So far, of about 10 numbers I searched, only one came up with a name. The copy/paste works, as some have said, but usually only a city comes up in the results. Useless.
