This app is absolute crap. I tried it and realized in first 30 minutes that this app was a joke. I deleted and cancelled “subscription” or whatever. Then I got a message today saying my Billing Info was messed up. I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t even download free apps. Turns out I had a $10.59 charge from this dumb, fake app. Emailed customer service. No response. DON’T FALL FOR THIS TRAP

This is a major issue using this app. You have to go through major hoops in order to use the app and make recordings semi-effective, but what’s more alarming is the inability to cancel after you give them your credit card number and attempt to cancel. Please help !! They are charging me every month.
No Provision for Cancelling Subscription

I after the download, I chose the one week free trial. However, when I tried to proceed, I kept getting the message “An error occured. Please try later.” Now I wish to cancel my subscription so that I am not charged at the end ofthe one week trial. Unfortunately the app has no provision to cancel subscription. Dear Developers, What should I do for cancelling subscription?

I tried purchasing this app 2/22/18 & in the midst of doing so they tried taking $74 dollars out of account. I instantly received an alert email/text from my bank that there was some fraudulent charges on my account. THE ONLY ONE I DIDN’T AUTHORIZE WAS THIS!!! And instead of only taking the only the monthly amount they tried taking my money. This is a scam and I’m sure they’ve gotten plenty of people with this. And I’m sure their response (if any) is gonna sound something like: “We truly apologize for your inconvenience and unfortunate incident. Here a coupon code to receive the app for free” or “can we have your email so we can look further into this situation” FOH DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!! I only gave it 1 star because I had no choice in order to rate and leave a comment; otherwise it would be -8stars
