It's great to be able to share applications voicemail to email, moreover it can also call recording. I like this feature, it is a good application.

Just wants your money can't even log on the app. Says invalid credentials I paid and signed up I don't kno what the problem is. There's no support help

DO NOT BUY THIS APP! IT DOES work great, but when you decide you no longer want the app, you cancel subscription and delete app and it still takes over all your voicemails and then emails you the voicemail. When you call support for help, 3 days constantly, they NEVER call back or email back, AND then they totally remove the total access and then your voicemail is NOT WORKING and they do STILL do not call you back. TERRIBLE! Someone leaving a voicemail is not even an option now thanks to this company, this should be illegal what they are doing!! I believed them with the "Dec 2016 update" and gave them a chance and got screwed! They deserve NO STARS but that's not an option!!!

This app works great and I love it but i'm trying to cut down on my monthly spending so I had to delete it. The app does not take your voicemails hostage after you cancel. It does need some warnings on the app to tell you that once you stop using it your voicemail will be inactive until you reactivate it. When you begin the app you have to dial numbers to route your calls to their facility. When you want your voicemails to stay in your phone and not be routed you need to call to cancel the reroute. Dialing *78 and listening for the beeps and hangup for a verizon customer will fix your voicemail after using the app. Check their sites FAQ for the code to dial for other carriers, they're all different. I loved this app for its call unblock features and it's voicemail transcription. I hate listening to voicemails reading is easier. Call record is a great feature I never purchased but would love to have. Enjoy, it's a great app and is simple to use but it's getting poor reviews because users don't read.

I paid the $40 for the year subscription and it worked fine until I reset my phone and downloaded the app again. I can't get in for nothing and there's nothing to retrieve pin.... now I can't get into my voice mails unless it sends me and email saying I have one...

The Idea of the app is cool and initially it worked for me. But after a while it just doesn't work, the settings never set to what you choose. It totally gets rid of the carrier voicemail and rudely just says "goodbye" after ringinggggg so many times! etc. etc. don't waste your time! iPhone7+
