Instructions:
-Use 10 digits incl. area code for US numbers
-For numbers outside USA/Canada, use a format like 0919880438525 i.e. zero followed by your country code (91) followed by your phone number (9880438525)
-Ensure callerid is not blocked
-Use the free Test button to check setup
-Save Settings; Press the mic button to begin recording
-Press Add Call to dial a contact
-When contact answers, press Merge
-See help videos in app for further details

To restore purchases, enter the email address used to purchase the unlimited recordings package in the app. Then click on the Restore link in the Purchases view. Your Balance will change to Unlimited (if you have done a previous purchase). Only after restoring a purchase, you should save your settings.

iPhone debuted 2007 Siri debuted. 2011 Call transcripts 2017 Please add a feature whereby when I forget to merge calls, you detect it and alert me. This will avoid the blank calls I get when I forget to merge. Otherwise, awesome tool!!

I do 2-3 recordings per day. Each about 30-40 minutes long. Am a paralegal - so the transcriptions are enormously helpful

only gripe - welome message played before recording begins is 2 seconds long. Can you please remove it entirely? Otherwise geat app performs all the time!

I bought this app to record AND TRANSCRIBE phone calls for work. I need the transcript because I can't type due to hand problems. I did a test call, listened to the recording, reviewed the transcript. Everything was good so I did a 66-minute interview. I eventually was able to download the recording...BUT THERE WAS NO TRANSCRIPT. I have emailed the "support" team twice and called them three times and gotten NO RESPONSE. Now I have to pay someone a per minute rate to do the transcript. If you need transcripts of your calls DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

You know, I read the reviews and the dates they were posted. 5 of the 5 Star reviews were posted on May 15, 2017. Three 5 star reviews were posted “2 years ago.” The one star reviews had varying post dates. There are no 2, 3, or 4 star reviews. Hint; if you want to fake your buyer reviews, don’t stick to the same date, times and locations on the phony reviews. Pray to your higher power that this app works and you’re not ripping people off.

Can't access the recordings in the app, some recordings don't get sent to you're email like they're supposed to, transcriptions screw up every other word. Not user friendly nor reliable. I needed these recordings for a school project and there is no way I'm going to replicate them. I bought the 25 recording package because I only needed a few--honestly it's not even worth downloading even if it were a free app.

Great app delivers and works as described. It does one thing very very well-record calls. The recorder itself requires familiarity with merging (the recorder with whatever call Iwanted to record). Emails take a few minutes to be sent out. The transcripts are great to locate telephone numbers and names in the conversation. Just compare this with any other app that doesnt do transcripts. Try locating a phone number in a one hour call. You guessed right-it will take you an hour to find it. With this app, telephone numbers are highlighted in the transcript. Pretty cool!!

They have you open free app and attach in app charges to you of 9.99 + .60 taxes to iTunes with no authorization because they know apple iTunes is to lazy to check to see if you actually approved the authorization.
