Super easy to use! The recordings came out very clear when playing back. Would be great to use to keep notes from a business call or just to have for reference later. Signup was a breeze and the app is easy to navigate!

Horrible Sign up process

New user? Enter phone number, then enter Pin. Pin invalid. Where is the pin? Went online, created profile, still no pin. App keeps asking for this pin that can’t be found anywhere. No texts, no email. Not a way to spend 15 minutes to try this recommended app.

Ok not what I expected

I have only made one call as a test, and apparently you have to wait longer than anticipated before merging the calls. I had called my wife and then opened the app and had it start recording. After I merged the call, she was clearly able to hear it say that I am now recording and have 20 minutes remaining (the free monthly minutes). It would be better to just record automatically without such a process. You know, like EVERY company does with us! But it did clearly record every word. Don’t know if I will pay for it though. I was expecting something more.

Pretty easy to use UI. Love the call recording feature which also has an option to share it with others . Saves a lot of time & gives me focus during phone meetings since i can replay the audio call later and edit notes or create summary based on transcription.
