It's a great app..

It's a great app, but it's extremely hard to get coins. The free coins takes you to too many pages and most of the time, the coins are never given.
Don't waste your time

I needs this app for work purposes and it failed to work even once. The dial tone barely came through and once the person on the other line picked up, they hung up because they could not hear me. I tried several times until all my free coins ran out. Complete waste of time.
Can't initialize

Great idea. But I can't even get it to send the automated text to start the app. Sent an email but no response. iPhone 6 plus iOS 8.4.1 Verizon
Updated and erased my calls!!

This app worked great a few months ago when I recorded my calls and then suddenly I login today to get the calls for court tomorrow and they are gone!!!! Somehow your update erased my calls and logged me out!! Can anyone help??

Unfortunately, I didn't have the ease-of-use and successes as other reviewers here. I downloaded the app and used the complimentary 50 coins to record my first call. The app disconnected the phone call once they were exhausted and provided no copy of the recording that had taken place. I then bought more than enough coins to make a second phone call to the same party but was again left without proof that the phone call had taken place. Two emails to customer service have yet to be addressed. My only option now is to request a refund for my purchase, delete the app, and use one of the competing services to place a third call to the same party and have exactly the same conversation again. What a waste of time. Why not allow a phone call to happen in its entirety (allowing an account to go into negative coin balance) and require a coin infusion in order to retrieve the recording?

Read the EULA - they review all calls for content and may use them for their purposes. Was suspicious when I needed to provide my phone number to activate. Uninstalled immediately
