I do occasional phone interviews to be transcribed so its important to have a clear recording. Once you get the recorder going, this is very easy to use! Totally satisfied.

After downloading the app, it allows you to make one call & works almost the same as several others like it; However, after you make one phone call a screen pops up asking you to rate the app. There’s only blank boxes in there so you don’t know what you’re actually hitting, it won’t let you anything further until you rate the app. Forcing your customers to rate the app before they can properly use it, then allowing hem too see how they rate it is deceptive and a poor design.
