Great game but doesn’t work anymore

When I was playing it was good and all the game is fun and it’s a good game like when your bored me and my brother both play it and enjoy it it’s nice also before I had a Samsung and I played all the time the things are first the are so much hackers in the game and a lot of the times it glitches and it’s weird and the second thing is sometimes it just takes me out of the game and now it started just saying sorry the game can’t do this or can’t do that and it keeps doing that so I had to delete the game. Please read this thanks.
Why I didnt get my gems

Ok so I was doing the free gems for 139 gems and it didn’t work I did everything it told me so I was wondering if you can give me my gems since it did not work my user name is DayDay

There to many hackers and needs an update, like add another game mode or add more skins and weapons. But this game is actually great
How unfair the game can be

When I was at like level 3 I had to fight others level 24 and up which I can never kill. That ruined the game since it’s no fair for me.
The game is good but some things aren’t

One way that the game is good is that you kids shoe people have lots of fun but the only bad thing is that when you’re playing your face against hackers and when you’re not that good it’s kind of annoying because you keep on getting killed in another good thing is is that it’s fun to like try to get gems for guns and another thing is get up Citian for some guns and forms and another bad thing is is that people can make gym rooms for people that they just want to and then those people could just like a hacker.

Great game, but the developers need to take care of the hackers. Over half the players have everything maxed out, and they are practically invincible and completely overpowered.

It is really unfair how low levels or beginners would play against people at same skill level but you are also more likely to play with someone with a higher skill level or higher level with better weapons.... Fix this team up system. ?
